Student Loans Company (SLC) for UK Students (Funding your study)

If you’re going into higher education, it’s very important to apply for student finance well before your course begins; it can take up to six weeks to process your application. We advise students to apply as soon as the application service opens.

The easiest way to apply for student finance is online. You do not need to have your place confirmed on a course to apply. Simply apply using your preferred course, and you can change the details online later if needed.

Previous study and funding

If you have previously studied at a college or university and have received one, two, three or more years of funding from the Student Loans Company, but did not complete your course. Then, please speak with a student finance advisor at Oxford Business College to check eligibility. If you have taken funding from Student Loans Company and studied in higher education before; you must check if you are eligible to apply for student finance by contacting our advisor.

Please note that for all the courses below you need to apply on our Partner Institution’s student finance portal.

  1. BA (Hons) Business Management with Foundation Year awarded by Buckinghamshire New University
  2. BA (Hons) Business Management -Three Year Program awarded by Buckinghamshire New University
  3. BA (Hons) Business Management – Top up awarded by Buckinghamshire New University
  4. HND in Business awarded by Pearson in partnership with USP College

Oxford Business College is affiliated with the Student Loans Company (SLC). Tuition Fee Loans, Maintenance Loans, Maintenance Grants, however we no longer offer SLC funded (BTEC also known as Edexcel Level 4 (HNC) and Level 5 (HND) and HND Top up (Level 5) courses until further notice.
